I can`t believe Zoya rated this a 4 on the opacity scale! I could have stopped at one coat and been plenty opaque, if I`d been feeling lazy. The aqua shimmer in this is very subtle, the polish mostly looks like a creme except in direct light. I will say it`s a *lot* darker than the pic of it in the bottle here, I really recommend getting a color spoon of this one before you buy it. But overall it`s a really pretty blue, bold and summery!

This polish is a very nice blue. It`s not too deep and dark, but not overly neon and bright either. I`m not sure I`d wear it on my fingers, as I think it might be too strong of a color, but it`s definitely a nice color on the toes.

Tallulah is an awesome color for cheery summertime pedicures. Looks like I dipped my toes in blue curacao!

I just got this color from the buy one get one sale, and this was the one I was looking forward to the most out of the 8 colors I bought. I have to say, for the first time, I am disappointed with a Zoya color. This is much, MUCH darker than the picture shown. It`s not even close to the shade they have up. And unless you hold a light a couple inches away from your nails, you can`t see the shimmer at all so it just looks like a flat dark blue. And even with a light up to it, you can still barely see any shimmer. I was hoping for a bright, summery, vibrant blue like it`s shown here. So bummed about this one...
