-Perfect Denim Blue
2016-01-20
The polish equivalent of your favorite pair of blue jeans. It`s a perfect dusty grey/blue with silver and gold flecks to keep it interesting. Not too flashy--a nice replacement for boring old neutrals.

Skylar is that blue that goes perfect with denim. Application is perfect in 2 coats. I also matched it with Nyx...gor-juss!

Sparkly pair of denim jeans
2014-02-06
This is a very pretty, unique color of almost a cornflower blue with small flecks of metallic glitter. Mostly the gold is what shows through, which in some lights makes this blue almost look a little green. I would really like to see this color as a creme with no sparkle! Good opacity, but needed three coats for completely full coverage. The consistency of the polish is a little thin, but the flecks make it a tiny bit thick in places which makes application a little more tricky than normal Zoya polishes.

the perfect jeansy blue
2013-10-19
I adore this blue - you see a lot of dark blues, bright bright blues (Tardis blue?), and sky/baby blues. This one is a perfet dusty, slightly-sparkly blue that I like to use with a matte topcoat because it reminds me of denim. I find it has a slightly more "aqua" tone to it than other "denim" type hued polishes, which is really pretty. Can`t say I`ve ever seen a dupe, not even close!

Zoya Nail Polish | SkylarBeautiful color
2013-08-22
I am so glad i bought Skylar. It is the most beautiful color. It kind of reminds me of denim jeans but it`s hard to describe how beautiful it is. Actually, the description Zoya gives is true, bold without being too flashy. I have received many compliments on it including from my husband!

Zoya Nail Polish | Skylara subtle chameleon
2013-03-26
Skylar has a medium toned slatey blue grey appearance indoors and in indirect lighting, but direct sunlight reveals a gorgeous tarnished cornflower blue twinkling with sparkly microshimmers. A subtle chameleon, she is both elegant and playful, office-worthy and totally adorable. A gem. Perfect for skin with blue undertones. The pictures on this site are optimistically blue, in hand this polish appears subdued and grey in the bottle. Softer than steel. If you enjoy being suprised and delighted by polishes that reveal their character as they travel, you will love Skylar.

One of my favorite polishes for a pedicure! Skylar is a medium steel blue with fine shimmer and reminds me of the ocean on a stormy day. So pretty.

Zoya Nail Polish | SkylarUnusual Color-Prettier On the Nail
2012-09-02
I saw swatches of Skylar on a popular nail blog and loved it. When I first saw the bottle, though, I thought "meh." However, when I put it on it was really fresh and beautiful. The ease of application wasn`t perfect but I`d give it a 4/5. The only improvement I would suggest is to use more of the pink glitter in this. I found it really hard to see the pink in any light when I searched for it. Just a few here and there. I still love it though!
